Order Cancellation Policy

At To The Moon Gaming & Gifts, customers may request to cancel an order before it has shipped.

Cancellations Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order at any time before the order has shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.

If your cancellation request is approved before the order ships, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, you may be eligible to return the item under our Return and Refund Policy.

Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request will be received before the order ships.
