Items should generally be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging, accessories, and materials when applicable.

Moon Gaming provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Do not send an item back until you have received return instructions.
RETURN METHOD
Eligible returns may be returned by mail according to the instructions provided by Moon Gaming.
RETURN LABELS
For eligible returns, Moon Gaming will provide the applicable prepaid return shipping instructions or return label.
RESTOCKING FEES
Moon Gaming does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly.
Please include your order number and, when appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.
EXCHANGES
Eligible exchanges may be requested within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We will make a reasonable effort to cancel an order before fulfillment or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it may instead be returned after delivery if eligible under this policy.
