The Panzerkampfwagen VI, famously known as the Tiger, is perhaps the most recognizable heavy tank of World War II. This specific model reproduces the world-renowned Tiger 131, which was captured by the British in North Africa and remains the star attraction of The Tank Museum.
Unmatched Detail & Realism
Reproduced in a detailed 1:28 scale, the COBI Tiger 131 features 1,275 high-quality elements. The model boasts a new, historically accurate color scheme and a redesigned turret that captures the complex shapes of the original. Every marking is pad-printed directly onto the bricks—meaning no stickers to worry about.
Interactive Elements & Interior Engineering
This set is more than just a display piece. It includes a mini-model of the Maybach engine, which can be placed inside the service hatch or displayed separately. The tank features fully functional tracks with individual links, rotating wheels, a movable turret, and a gun barrel. Open the hatches to reveal interior block-built details and space for your standard COBI figures.
Building History, Piece by Piece
The Tiger was feared on the battlefield, credited with destroying thousands of Allied tanks. This COBI set allows you to explore that history through a satisfying and complex build. The kit is topped off with a specialized nameplate featuring the tank's name and The Tank Museum logo, making it the ultimate centerpiece for any military collection.
