Technic 42002 Hovercraft: a 2-in-1 set from 2013 with 170 pieces, from the Technic theme. LEGO 42002 is a black racing hovercraft with number 23, checkered graphics and a large rear propeller.
Turn the rotor and you see the pistons of the engine move up and down, a typical Technic detail that shows how the machine works. Flexible tubes run over the body. The second model is a propeller plane with a working piston engine and a spinning rotor, built from the same pieces. It is a compact Technic set that suits younger builders who want to step up from System bricks.
A nice addition for collectors of early Technic sets from the 42000 series.
- 2 models in 1: hovercraft or plane
- Spinning rotor with moving engine pistons
- Hovercraft about 9 cm high, 18 cm long and 8 cm wide
- Plane about 8 cm high, 26 cm long and 22 cm wide
- Age 8 to 14
- Box size about 26 x 14 x 4.5 cm
